Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.  There is a limit of 1 coupon per order.  Lipani Skincare reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error, fraud, or unforeseen difficulties.

Payment Processing

Credit/payment/funds will be validated within approximately 24 hours of your order submission.  Orders will be charged to your credit card at the date of shipment.

Orders And Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please contact us by email at info@lipaniskincare.com.

Are products refundable? Yes, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Product(s) must be unopened and in brand new condition.

Do I have to pay for return postage? We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund is processed.
